What’s the saying idle hands, idle mind?
It’s good to be busy definitely keeps my mind on the right
track, sometimes it feels as if I am in the deep end and cant seem to get to
the edge for a breathe.
There I go rambling…
It’s Friday and for most of you that means the weekend!

The January theme/assignment was Winter
Me being in so cal {yesterday it was 75 degrees} winter is
tough for me. The only think that represents winter to me is Christmas. I am
sure you don’t want to see another Christmas project for a while. I know New
Years has already passed us, but 2013 is for another 356 days. When I came
across these 3d bottle boxes, yes New Years popped into my head, and that’s
what I kinda went with, but really they could be used for any party or anything.
I just shrunk the 2013 phrase down to fit on the side of the box {you could
easily add a name or phrase here}. How simple and cute would it be to show up
at a party with a bottle of wine {or your drink of choice} and the recipient
name cut into it! Of course I am on this sequin fetish right now and they dress
a package up so EAISLY!
I hope you enjoyed my project and it inspires you do dress
up your bottle for that next party you attend!

I made 2 layouts to share with you this month
This layout makes me laugh… When Thanksgiving rolled around
last year {2012} all my friends pulled out their “elves on the shelf”. I was feeling
rather left out since I don’t have kids. I finally broke down and bought that
damn elf. Kevin wasn’t very excited about our new roommate, so he named him
Dick. I took him everywhere we went the first week of December. It soon got old
and Dick’s adventures died off. I
took this photo at where else? Starbucks.
I saw this photo opp and took it. Though not until days later did I come
up with the original title.
This sketch was perfect for this photo, letting the photo
tell the whole story.
I also used this kit from Paper Issues.
The next sketch I used, really lent a hand to the January
Fit Kit that I designed for Paper Issues. The kit has not yet been released but
since I designed it I figured I could show you some sneaks of it her today! Look for it in the Paper Issues store January 15.

found this post.
OMG I totally forgot about this, lol.
I forgot that I had made this list. I guess that is the # 1
reason I don’t make resolutions.
I had only written them here in hopes to follow. I never
wrote them out on paper. Never printed them out to see everyday.
Here’s how I did
My 12 goals for 2012
1.
Use more of my stash {scrapbooking product} - FAIL
